Return and Exchange Policy

Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods, except when: (1) If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, they cannot return or exchange the product. (2) If after buying a certain item, a customer changes their mind and wants to return said item, they cannot return or exchange the product.

Return or exchange item is only applicable within 1 week period from date of purchase.

Please bring the receipt as proof of purchase.
